Ink Circulating & Feeding Pump

Product description

This is the ink circulating & feeding pump which combines two products, one is the 3/8 " twin diaphragm pump and the other is the 1/8" air agitator.
GAU JIING has 30 years experience in manufacturing twin diaphragm pumps for the flexographic and rotogravure printing press machines.
Because the twin diaphragm pump is with twin diaphragm, it's durability will be better than the single diaphragm pump, but the starting pressure will be a little higher than the single diaphragm pump.
To make 1/8" air agitators rotate, only 0.38kgf/cm² is required.
The 1/8" air agitator is characterized by safety, explosion-proof, waterproof, high torque output, high speed output, uninterrupted operation, low air consumption, smooth switch from low speed to high and duration.
There are two functions in the ink circulating & feeding pump. One is for extracting coating fluid, the other is for stirring coating fluid, such as ink, plastic and other raw material of chemical.
It is suitable for coating factories which need higher safety of working environment, such as printing plants, chemical plants, paint factories, and other related plants.
